Words the Devil has Hijacked
The devil likes nothing more than to take a good thing and either corrupt or reverse it’s application, meaning or definition. Unlike in other spheres that the Devil influences where he tends to employ the tactic of poisoning something by adding just a tiny drop of untruth and mixing it with the whole (we all know poison in neat form will always be detected by the taker right?) he doesn’t just alter them, he takes pleasure in totally reversing the meanings of words.
To Discriminate
Original meaning; to be able to make a wise judgement about something.
New meaning; to make a wrong, false or bad judgement about a situation, issue or person.
Once upon a time, someone that has a discriminating mind is someone that is able to look at something and judge what is right and what is wrong. IFor example; this is good, and this is stupid! God told Israel told the Levites; “Do not drink strong drink when you go into the Tabernacle becase someone in a drunken stupor can no longer tell what is wrong or right. Souns like the UK, America? Now ‘discriminating’ is bad of any kind period – the word like many others has been hijacked!
To Be Gay
I love God, Christ, The Bible. art, painting, playing music, improvising music, guitar (first instrument), drumming (not very good at it:), and anything musical or art related.
