A real halloween display outside someone’s house – what were they thinking?.. that God would turn a blind eye to this? Christians – I put forward that it’s time to stop joining in with this nonsense.
It looks and sounds innocent enough – or it did when I was growing up. But as with all evils in the world, unless checked by a good knowledge the Bible and healthy fear of God these things get worse and worse. Yep that’s right… the picture below is someone’s front garden with a dead baby in a pram.
You see the trouble is, many people have never stopped to think what life would really be like on earth if God completely removed His providing and protective hand from humanity -the governments he installs, and the limits and laws he puts in place for our protection. We don’t realise what the world would really be like if we removed the ten commandments and the Bible from everywhere – homes, schools, the military, the laboratory, universities (most of which came into being as Christian organisations lead by men of god) public places and law courts.
God will not turn a blind eye to celebrating death
We’ve had a little taster in the form of Stalin, Hitler and others as to what happens when you make evolution your God. Men came from apes and they behave like them. So really the Bible says not only that we mustn’t partake in the world’s pleasures, but we mustn’t even look like the world.
Yep – that’s a dead baby in a cot to celebrate halloween. Seems to be a common theme these days – who cares… it’s only a child right?
Death and the celebration thereof should never come int a Christian’s home – let alone be celebrated (as if celebrating death is even possible) by children. It will inoculate them from seeing evil for what it is really is setting children up for a fall. let’s face it – many of the things people do at halloween play-acting actually happen in real life and anyone that experienced such evil for real would give up halloween in a heart beat.
Most people see halloween as fun as they have never faced pure evil
Anyone who has been face to face with pure evil – the thing that halloween often tries to depict – would never want to celebrate it again. There is no place for this kind of celebration on earth or in heaven – so we might as well stop now.
