How We Know Jesus Was God’s Spirit Walking in Flesh

The Bible tells us that Jesus thought it ‘not robbery to be EQUAL with God’. That’s a bold statement. Now consider the fact that by definition you cannot have two equally ‘omnipotent’ (all powerful) beings – or more than ONE omnipotent being by definition – in other words, there can only be ONE all powerful being in existence (since to power-share with another ‘god’ would mean neither ‘god’s were all powerful or in fact Gods at all) and you have the reason that Jesus was God (who is spirit) in flesh.

Because two omnipotent beings cannot be equally omnipotent – either one is and one isn’t or nether are. So if Jesus the man was equal to God – then the only explanation is that the fleshly man Jesus WAS God in flesh. That is the only way these two could be equal. And this is apart from all the other issues with Jesus being only a man – not least that we are called not to worship any man and that all men are corrupt.

So it appears that God gave himself and came to earth in flesh by taking on a fleshly body so that no man could ever accuse Him of not doing as He said we should do, and so that no man or Devil could ever accuse Him of not understanding man’s fleshly sin problem, man’s predicament and temptations.

Our God is the do as I do God and that is the only God I like and am willing to give my total respect to!
