I was reluctant to put this in the ART section – though perhaps that’s a bit mean as some of Banksy’s images are interesting and I guess you could just about call it art compared to what is banded about as such these days.
It certainly has more to it than Tracey Emins ‘unmade bed’ and the hordes of junk we see at ‘art’ galleries and that other bloke who does scratchings for the sake of publicity and then sells them for a small – – or large fortune.
And of course everyone is too scared to say what they really think – it’s mainly crap. But I’ll let Roger Scruton explain what’s really going on it art and with the desecration of beauty these days in the video below.
Anyway – you gotta laugh at these fools – all standing about admiring the artwork which then eats itself!
